When you order from us, your information will be stored on our database for the sole purpose of fulfilling your order and taking payment. That’s it. Nothing else.

There’s more chance of us never eating hot sauce again than passing your details onto anyone else. Anyone approaching us for this information will be told to sling their hook… or words to that effect.

Occasionally we’d like to contact you by e-mail to inform you of any special offers, promotions, or new products. If you’d rather we didn’t then we won’t. Simple.

Orders & Supply

TAll our products will be described accurately on our website. We know they’ll be described accurately because we’ve tasted every single item that we sell.

Every effort will be made to pack and despatch on the day of order. Worst case scenario, during extremely busy times, your order will be packed and despatched the following working day.

If any of our products are out of stock it will say so on the website. If for some reason it doesn’t you will be offered the option of an immediate refund or for us to hold on to your order until new stock arrives.

Delivery

Your order will be delivered by Royal Mail or UPS couriers.

The postage price for your order will be shown as you add products to your basket and a total postage charge will be clearly displayed at the checkout. Click here to see how postal charges are calculated.

It’s very rare for things to go astray but, with the best will in the world, nobody can ever guarantee it’ll never happen. If you haven’t received your order within 5 working days of receiving your despatch e-mail then please contact us.

Payment

We take online security very seriously and use Stripe, a global online payment processor that is trusted by thousands of businesses across the globe to process customer credit and debit card payments. Stripe forces HTTPS for all services using TLS (SSL), including our public website and the Dashboard to ensure secure connections.

Customer payment information is not stored on our website at all, and All card numbers are encrypted at rest with AES-256. Stripe is a certified PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry.
